Privacy Policy

Overview

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Frailey Woodworks (“Frailey Woodworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit fraileywoodworks.com, contact us, request a quote or custom design, place an order, or otherwise interact with us.

This policy applies to our website and related business communications. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, project specifications, product preferences, measurements, messages, files or photographs you choose to submit, cart and order details, and transaction or payment status.

Communications. When you contact us by form, email, or phone, we process the information contained in that communication. When an email is initiated from our website, our internal attribution system may use a reference in the subject line and limited email metadata to determine whether the message was actually received.

Information collected automatically. We and our service providers may collect IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, referring page or website, pages and products viewed, session duration, interactions with site features, cookie or local-storage identifiers, advertising click identifiers, campaign parameters, and events such as product views, contact-link clicks, cart activity, inquiries, deposits, and purchases.

Sources. We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from advertising and referral links, and from service providers that help us operate our business.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; prepare designs, estimates, and quotes; create and fulfill custom furniture orders; process deposits and payments; coordinate shipping and delivery; provide customer service; communicate about projects; maintain business and accounting records; secure and troubleshoot our website; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with law; understand website performance; measure advertising results; and improve our products, services, website, and marketing.

We may combine information from different visits or business systems when reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Cookies and Internal Activity Logging

Our website uses cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies. Some are necessary for functions such as shopping carts, security, and remembering preferences. Others support analytics and advertising.

Our first-party activity and attribution tools record website activity such as pages viewed, approximate location, referrer, visit duration, and key site events. A random first-party visitor identifier may be stored in a cookie and local storage for up to 400 days so we can understand repeat visits and connect an inquiry with earlier website activity. This internal logging may continue when marketing preferences are turned off because it supports site operations, security, and first-party measurement.

Routine detailed activity events are generally retained for up to 90 days. Anonymous attribution records are generally retained for up to 400 days. Records connected to an inquiry, customer, order, accounting requirement, dispute, or legal obligation may be retained longer as described below.

For more information or to manage non-essential browser technologies, visit our Opt-out Preferences and Cookie Policy or use the Your Privacy Choices link in the site footer.

Analytics, Advertising, and Conversion Measurement

We use or may use services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, and Pinterest to understand site use, measure campaigns, and improve advertising. These providers may receive cookie or advertising identifiers, IP address, browser and device data, referring information, page and product activity, and conversion events. Third parties may use these technologies to recognize a browser or device over time and across websites, subject to their settings and policies.

Where enabled, permitted, and consistent with applicable privacy choices, we may send advertising providers one-way hashed contact identifiers, such as an email address, phone number, name, or address, together with an advertising click identifier and milestones such as an inquiry, qualified project, deposit, or completed sale. This helps us determine whether advertising contributed to a business result and improve campaign performance. Hashing reduces exposure but does not make information anonymous.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain disclosures to advertising or measurement providers as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising. You may opt out of browser-based marketing technologies through our Opt-out Preferences. Our consent tool is also configured to interpret supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for the marketing categories it controls. Browser and provider support can vary, so the on-site preference control is the most direct way to record your choice.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and other parties that help us run our business, including:

  • Website hosting, security, WordPress, WooCommerce, form, and technical-service providers, including SiteGround;
  • Payment, invoicing, and accounting providers, including the payment provider selected at checkout and Wave;
  • Email and productivity providers, including Google Workspace and Gmail;
  • Analytics and advertising providers, including Google, OpenAI, and Pinterest;
  • Embedded-content providers, including Vimeo;
  • Shipping, freight, delivery, insurance, and project-service providers;
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, and legal advisers; and
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or connected with a business transaction.

These parties may process information under their own privacy policies or under agreements governing the services they provide to us.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on the type of information, our relationship with you, operational needs, warranty and dispute considerations, fraud prevention, and tax, accounting, contractual, or legal requirements.

As noted above, routine website activity details are generally kept for up to 90 days and anonymous attribution records for up to 400 days. Information tied to an inquiry, design project, customer, order, payment, delivery, or legal obligation may be kept longer. Advertising, payment, hosting, email, and other service providers apply their own retention practices.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; access, correct, or delete it; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; and opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing, or certain profiling. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To make a request, email asher@fraileywoodworks.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” use our contact form, or call 817-612-0097. Please describe your request and the information or interaction involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law and may be asked to provide proof of authority.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may manage browser-based marketing preferences through our Opt-out Preferences. You can also control cookies through your browser, although disabling necessary cookies may affect website functions. Email marketing messages, if any, will include an unsubscribe method.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

External Sites and Embedded Content

Our website may link to external sites or display content supplied by services such as Vimeo or social-media providers. Those services may collect information when their content loads or when you interact with it. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required.
